Minerva Place Construction Update

Our exceptional development of 45 individually designed apartments is now 20% sold off plan. 

Following an extremely positive start to our sales activities, we are delighted to confirm that Minerva Place is now 20% sold off plan and build continues to progress towards our intended completion date of December 2022.

Interest in the development has been incredible, testament to its highly desirable location in Lymm’s leafy conservation area and the McGoff reputation for design and quality of build.

Our dedicated construction team continues to make excellent progress as we move closer towards our build completion date of December 2022 and we are looking forward to welcoming residents into their new homes from January 2023.
