    We understand that every one of our clients has specific requirements when moving home. Our team will take the time to understand your requirements. We’re here to help you with every stage, from selling your existing property to purchasing your new home at Minerva Place.

    To purchase a new apartments at Minerva Place, a £5000 non-returnable reservation fee is required. The balance of 10% deposit is required on exchange of contracts. (calculated against purchase price). We aim to exchange contracts after 28 days following reservation.
